Guarantor can be translated as 'guarantor', but it refers more to a person who provides a guarantee. Escrow is a term that more precisely describes the secure transaction mechanism itself, where an independent third party controls the funds and their transfer after pre‑agreed conditions are met.

The guarantor should be an independent person or service with no interest in the outcome of the transaction. They should not be a party to the deal or act solely in the interest of one side.

There are automatic escrow bots, human guarantors in Telegram and other messengers, forum guarantors, specialised escrow platforms and other models of independent intermediation.

The dispute resolution procedure depends on the specific guarantor. Depending on the platform, the dispute may be handled by arbitration, administration, the guarantor, or another procedure provided by the rules.

Yes. Shattof Service does not restrict the choice of guarantor. The parties may choose an independent service or person by mutual agreement and separately agree on its commission, rules and dispute resolution procedure.

Yes. The parties may use an independent escrow service. When using Shattof Escrow specifically, Shattof Service acts as an independent guarantor according to the agreed deal conditions.

There is no single timeframe. It depends on the type of task, country, required materials and complexity. The exact timeline is agreed before the work starts.

For orders with a mock‑up, the fulfilment period and production start are counted after the client approves and confirms the mock‑up in writing.

A mock‑up is a digital representation of the final result. The client reviews its visual, text and other agreed elements before production begins.

After mock‑up approval, new requirements may be considered separately. If they differ from the originally agreed parameters, the cost may be revised.

After the order is ready, the client is sent photos and videos. Additional materials can be requested for verification if needed.

If a production defect is confirmed, Shattof Service rectifies the identified issue by reworking or refining it depending on the nature of the defect and the order conditions.

The payment procedure depends on the service. For some tasks staged payment is used, for documents there may be a deposit and the balance before dispatch, and for other tasks full payment may be made upfront.

It depends on the service. For some orders a deposit is applied, for others full payment is used. The specific scheme is agreed before work begins.

Yes. The full amount of the transaction may be transferred to the selected independent guarantor. The guarantor's commission is paid by the client unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

For transactions from $500 to $2,000 – 10%, from $2,000 to $5,000 – 7%, from $5,000 to $10,000 – 5%. For amounts over $10,000 terms are discussed individually.

Under the Terms of Use, paid amounts are not refundable. In the case of confirmed production defect, correction, rework or refinement applies, not a monetary refund.

Yes. For physical documents and goods, delivery can be arranged worldwide via an available and mutually agreed delivery service.

The delivery cost is paid by the client.

Depending on the destination, postal services, CDEK, DHL, FedEx and other delivery services may be used.

The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Once the shipment has been handed over to the transport or courier service, changing the data may not be possible.
